Qualification bonus fully acquired for teachers who could have asked leave prior to retirement before January 1st 2015The Minister Daniel Bacquelaine continues social dialogue on pensions with the representatives of the Public Service. He will present new proposals at the Committee A, which will meet on Friday.
He has the intention to propose the maintenance of the full degree bonus for all teachers that could have gone into leave prior to retirement (DPPR) before January 1th 2015, but did not request for this.
The objective of this proposal is to ensure to those teachers who choose to stay active, the maintaining of their current rights. More specifically, the teacher who fell within the terms of a DPPR before 1 January 2015 and who has chosen to continue to work will still be able to make value all his years of study according to his right to early retirement.
